Caravans for rent
Caravans for rent for film shoots and summer holidays. Our Hobby Prestige 560 WFU caravans are 2026 models with heating, beds for four and power from shore hook-up or a solar panel and battery, so they stand on their own on location.
On set they are talent accommodation between takes, a makeup and costume room, or a warm place for the crew in Icelandic weather. Outside production season they rent to private renters and families for the trip around the country.
We have several units, deliver anywhere in Iceland and can position the caravan on location for you. Request an offer with your dates and location.
TrailersQuestions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special licence to tow the caravan?
The caravans weigh up to 2,000 kg, so a trailer licence (BE) is usually required to tow them. We go through this with you, and we can also deliver the caravan to location for you.
Does the caravan have heating and power?
Yes. Heating, plus power from a shore hook-up (CEE) or a solar panel and battery, so it works where there is no mains power.
How many does the caravan sleep?
Four. It is about 7.5 metres long and 2.50 metres wide.
Can I rent a caravan for a holiday?
Yes, the caravans rent to private renters and families when they are not on a shoot.
