Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a special licence to drive your box trucks?

No. The Ford Transit and VW Transporter box trucks drive on a standard B car licence, and so do the cargo van and the pickup.

Do you only rent to film productions?

No. The fleet is built for filmmaking, but box trucks, cargo vans, trailers and caravans are also available to private and business renters: moving days, summer holidays, weekend projects.

What does it cost?

We don't publish a price list because every job is different. Tell us what you need, when and where, and we reply with a tailored offer, usually within one business day.

Where do I pick up, and do you deliver?

We are at Grensásvegur 1 in Reykjavík. We can also deliver vehicles and equipment anywhere in Iceland, whether the shoot is in the highlands, out in the countryside or in town. Delivery is priced in the offer.

How much notice do you need?

The earlier the better, especially in summer and during production season. Get in touch and we will tell you straight away what is available on your dates.

What about insurance and terms?

We go through insurance, excess and rental terms with you in the offer, so everything is clear before you set off.

Planning a production in Iceland?

Tell us what you're shooting and we'll put together the right vehicles and an offer, no obligation.
